Tennessee River

Saturday 9/25 we are headed south on the Tennessee River, and it is pretty. We stopped at Clifton Tn. to stay the night. It is a very small town, they have 3 TV channels 2 football and 1 on the weather......so I am bored.

Christopher Robert Walker

He was so cute...................Poor Grand dad every time he held Christopher he would cry. I would hold him and he didn't cry.......not surprised.......
We drove to Nashville, then went to see the grand baby. Walker had to go work for a week, and I went back to TEXAS. We had the boat pulled and worked on while we were gone. We are back on the boat now. Headed south , so I will start working on the blog again...enjoy

This was the only place to stay on the river, and they charge you........ We had to tie to some work bardges and I had to tie the boat to a old engine of some kind. We made our way off and went to town and had a COLD beer.

Illinois River

We are headed down the Illinois River with Bulldog Sally, Blue younder, and Monkey girl and it was pretty foggy.

Asian Carp

Yes, we had a asian carp jump at least 5ft to get on the boat. It was bloody, nasty, and a very fishy smell. They would hit the side of the boat, and what a mess to clean.
